RELEASE OF LIABILITY, PROMISE TO HOLD HARMLESS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND AGREEMENT TO PAY CLAIMS

In consideration for being allowed to participate in Beacon Hollywood, on behalf of myself and my representatives, I release from all liability and promise to hold harmless Bel Air Presbyterian Church and their employees, officers, directors, volunteers and agents (collectively “the church”) from any and all claims, including claims of the church’s negligence, resulting in the loss or damages incurred from my participation in Beacon Hollywood.

I am voluntarily participating in Beacon Hollywood and am solely responsible for the material, work, and content that I choose to post on Beacon Hollywood.  Furthermore, I give consent for the church to monitor, edit, or remove any content that the church deems inappropriate to be posted on this site.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in Beacon Hollywood, I hereby promise to act responsibly and adhere to the policies, values and commitments of Beacon Hollywood and Bel Air Church.
